A Simpler Way to Review Media
FrameSight Pro helps you review, compare, and sort images and videos faster. Spend less time jumping between Finder windows and more time looking at the work itself.
1 Start by Importing Your Media
If you have fresh renders, review exports, or whole folders of versions, the quickest way to begin is to drag them straight into the window.
-
Drop files in and start browsing You can drag in loose files or entire folders. They will appear in the grid right away so you can start reviewing immediately.
-
Keep frequently used folders connected Add folders with the + button in the sidebar. FrameSight Pro uses macOS security bookmarks so you usually do not need to grant access again the next time you open the app.
2 Side-by-Side Compare
When you need to compare versions, you do not have to open and switch between them one by one. Select a few items and press ⌘ D.
Up to 6 views at once
The layout adjusts automatically based on how many items you selected. Images and videos can be mixed in the same comparison.
Zoom and position stay in sync
Zoom into a detail in one pane and the other panes follow to the same area, making it much easier to compare the exact same region.
3 Video Sync for Frame-by-Frame Review
This is useful when you need to compare exports with different settings, small timing tweaks, or subtle motion changes.
Play and pause together
Press Space and every synced view will play or pause at the same time.
Step through frame by frame
Use ← and → to move backward or forward one frame at a time and inspect exact cuts or motion changes.
4 Tray: Collect First, Export Later
If you are reviewing a large batch and want to gather the files that passed, need revision, or should be sent to someone else, you can do it without reorganizing your source folders first.
Think of the Tray as a temporary collection area. While browsing, select files and press A or Enter to add them.
When you are done, click Export at the bottom of the tray to copy everything out in one step. If duplicate filenames appear, FrameSight Pro will rename them automatically.
Common Shortcuts
You do not need to memorize all of these. A few of the most common ones are enough to make browsing and reviewing much faster.
